Sarah M. Long, MSW, LGSW Sarah recieved an undergraduate degree from Fairmont State University where she majored in Forensic Psychology. She then attended West Virginia University and graduated with honors from the Masters of Social Work Program. Sarah is a Certified Trauma Therapist with experience working with PTSD and Dissociative Disorders. She has had training in the internal family systems, model of therapy, and has experience working with children and families in rural Appalachia.
